This cutting-edge Australian-themed laundromat is unique in a variety of ways. It's a large open-air store near the beach with a constant ocean breeze, but includes a large glass-enclosed air-conditioned customer lounge and separate video arcade room. All the laundry machines are smart-card operated with Speed Queen's CardMate Plus integrated card acceptors, including the many vending machines throughout the store! Smart-cards can be purchased from 4 card-dispensing machines which accept cash, debit and credit cards. The new Speed Queen machines are remotely monitored and controlled by Speed Queen's Netmaster software system. The store features 104 washers in five sizes, including two 80 pound machines, as well as 100 dryers, including four 75 pound dryers.

Amenities include 10 TVs, one devoted to running DVD movies just for the kids, and a completely integrated sound system throughout the store. Security includes 12 color cameras all recording 24 hrs a day on multiple 20-gigabyte hard drives. The store can be remotely monitored financially using Netmaster software, and visually monitored by the 12 color cameras over the Internet from anywhere in the world, in real time.
